HABIT DECK

WHAT IS STORED

What this holds

  • Your email address, so you can sign in.
  • The habits you create, and which days you ticked them.
  • Anything you type into the log.
  • The times you enter for waking and going to bed.

What it does not hold

  • No password. Sign-in is a one-time link to your inbox.
  • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising.
  • Nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

Who can see it

Only you. The database refuses requests for anyone else's rows, whoever asks. That is a rule inside the database itself, not a check the app performs — so a bug in the app cannot expose your data to another account.

The person running this deck can see that your account exists and the email address on it. They cannot read your habits, your log or your sleep times.

Deleting it

Account panel, bottom of the page: Delete everything. It removes the account and every record attached to it, immediately and permanently. There is no backup and no recovery. Export first if you want a copy.

Where it lives

Supabase, on servers in the western United States. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend. Neither reads your habit data.

Cookies

One, to keep you signed in. Nothing else.
